Nakhra Jewels specializes in artisanal fashion jewelry, semi-precious stone embellishments, kundan settings, and traditional Meenakari enamel craft.
Because each ornament involves manual hand-setting, minor variations in stone tint, bead luster, or enamel gradients are intrinsic characteristics of handcrafted art. Furthermore, color rendering may vary marginally across smartphone screens (AMOLED, Retina, LCD).
Care Responsibility: Fashion jewelry must be safeguarded from water, perfume sprays, alcohol sanitizers, and damp conditions. Color oxidation resulting from cosmetic contact is not considered an artisanal manufacturing defect.
Pricing, Quotation & Clerical Errors
All catalog prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant tax liabilities unless specified otherwise at checkout.
While utmost rigor is maintained, typographical or algorithmic glitch errors in product pricing (e.g., an item mistakenly listed at ₹0 or an unrealistic fraction of value) may occur. Nakhra Jewels explicitly reserves the unilateral right to cancel, revoke, and refund orders placed at erroneous prices, even if an automated confirmation was sent.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation Discretion
The transmission of an electronic order receipt does not signify our final legal acceptance. Nakhra Jewels reserves the right to decline or cancel any consignment at its discretion for causes including:
- Exhaustion of artisan inventory or physical damage identified during 3-point pre-dispatch checks.
- Unserviceable shipping locations or remote PIN code transit restrictions flagged by our courier wing.
- Suspected fraudulent activities, repetitive COD rejections, or high-risk transaction scores.
Payment Processing & Tokenization
We provide multiple secure payment rails (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking) facilitated via Razorpay. Our store never archives bank account passwords, CVVs, or card credentials.
Authorized Checkout
Orders queue for studio dispatch only after affirmative authorization confirmation from the gateway aggregator.
Chargeback Regulations
Unwarranted or illegitimate bank disputes initiated contrary to store policy will be contested using tracking dossiers.
Logistics & Dispatch Terms

Hygiene & Return Principles
Due to intimate cosmetic contact and hygiene mandates, all jewelry sales are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for change of mind or personal preference.
Protection for in-transit damages requires mandatory submission of an unedited 360° unboxing video recorded before opening outer seals, as formulated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All brand assets, photography compositions, Black & Gold theme styling, brand marks, and descriptive copy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nakhra Jewels.
Unauthorized scraping, duplication, republishing, or commercial reproduction of our jewelry photos or brand literature constitutes actionable infringement punishable under the Copyright Act, 1957.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
In no scenario shall Nakhra Jewels, its proprietors, or operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, server delays, or courier default.
Force Majeure: We are exempt from fulfillment obligations during events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, extreme rainfall, courier strikes, pandemics, regional lockdowns, or civil blockades.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the substantive Laws of India. Any claim, legal conflict, or dispute arising out of this agreement or your store transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
